Does the 1-hour response include a final quotation?+
We respond within 1 hour of receiving your form. This first response confirms the brief and next steps. Final pricing follows programme review and supplier availability checks.
Can we request a No Shopping programme?+
Yes. Select No Shopping in the detailed request. If you prefer a Shopping Tour, select between 1 and 7 planned stops. Locations and time allocations are agreed in the proposal.
Can I simply send our existing itinerary?+
Yes. Choose Upload your PDF, enter your company name and email, and add the itinerary. You do not need to re-enter the tour details.
Are the sample programmes fixed packages?+
No. They are starting points. Hotels, transport, guide language, meals, admissions and optional activities are quoted for your specific dates and requirements.
